Does Paula's choice BHA help with blackheads? whiteheads? scars?

In this post, I am going to review the Paula's Choice SKIN PERFECTING 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant after using it for a week and will also provide info on how to order it in India. So after hearing all the hype about this product and personally struggling with acne prone combination skin I decided to order it. First let me give you a background on my skin type and issues. MY SKIN: Acne-prone, usually get stress acne and also struggle with hormonal acne all year round. Most affected areas are my nose - filled with both whiteheads and blackheads, my chin - breaks out all the time with acne and has a lottt of whiteheads and of course my cheeks. WHY I BOUGHT THIS?
